Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
1. Preamble
1.1. The following cancellation policy applies to the seller’s statutory right of withdrawal as set out below.
1.2. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. If the customer is a consumer, they are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. If the customer is a consumer, they are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.
1.3. Consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not members of a European Union Member State and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion are located outside the European Union are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.
1.4. Agreement on bearing costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
1.5. Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out below for contracts for the delivery of goods.
2. Commencement of the cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form (https://sizilianischekueche.de/Muster-Widerrufsformular.pdf) or the form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.1 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2.2 Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to § 312g (2) BGB of the German Civil Code (BGB),
inter alia to contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 312g (3) BGB in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

3. General Information
3.1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against transport damage.
3.2. Please note that the above section 3.1 does not constitute a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
