1. Payment Methods

1.1. For deliveries to Germany, Austria, or within Italy , you can choose from the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

a. Advance payment by bank transfer
When selecting advance payment, our bank details will be provided in a separate email and directly at checkout after the order has been received in the system. Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Goods will only be delivered after payment has been received.
Please use the order number as the payment reference, e.g., “Order Number 0001”.

b. Credit card: Visa, American Express, or Mastercard

c. EPS: (EPS is an Austria-based payment method that allows customers to conduct transactions online using their bank details).

2. Delivery and Shipping Costs

2.1. Your order will be shipped with a carrier of our choice (e.g., Poste Italiane, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, etc.).

2.2. Deliveries are made within 3–5 business days within Italy, to Germany, or to Austria.
Individual arrangements for international shipping can be made via email at info@eatlovesicily.com.
Please provide the product, quantity, delivery address, country, and postal code so we can verify whether delivery is possible. If so, we will inform you in advance of the applicable shipping costs.

2.3. Shipping costs to Germany

Your shipping cost contribution for careful packaging and transport within Germany is based on the total value of your order:

• free shipping for orders over €89
• €6.50 for orders up to €89.99
• no minimum order value
• no small quantity surcharge

Your shipping cost contribution for careful packaging and transport to Austria is based on the total value of your order:

• free shipping for orders over €59
• €6.90 for orders up to €58.99
• no minimum order value

2.4. Shipping costs to Austria

Your shipping cost contribution for careful packaging and transport to Austria is based on the total value of your order:

• free shipping for orders over €89
• €13.95 for orders up to €88.99
