The Amaro Scoccia 3-Piece Set includes our three distinct Amari, each produced using its own characteristic infusion process.
Amaro Scoccia is a Sicilian bitter liqueur made with juicy bitter orange peels and a blend of bitter herbs. Produced according to an ancient recipe handed down from a monastery on the slopes of Mount Etna, it offers a smooth, rounded taste with refined elegance and a long-lasting finish, characterised by typical bitter and citrus notes that reveal the authentic soul of Sicily.
Amaro Scoccia Calaminta is a Sicilian bitter made from the juicy vesicles – the aromatic pearls – of Sicilian finger lime combined with mountain mint. The finger lime releases an open, slightly spicy aroma that blends beautifully with the wild, delicate notes of mountain mint. The result is a perfectly balanced product with an excellent Mediterranean finish.
Amaro Scoccia Karat is a Sicilian bitter created through a skilful infusion process using precious pods from the Sicilian carob tree and fine orange blossoms. Its natural sweetness, with hints of honey and caramel, gives it a distinctive, rich flavour that evokes the warm Sicilian sun.
